Essential Light Institute

The Essential Light Institute is a consciously heart-centered, professionally held, spiritual-but-not-religious, Light-filled healing space and school.  

We offer online classes, in-person workshops & advanced courses designed to deeply transform, align, & bring greater purpose to our lives.

Jonathan Goldman, Principal Teacher at the institute, has been practicing acupuncture, energy medicine, and spiritual healing since 1976. His spiritual healership was awakened through his experiences in the mountains and jungles of Brasil.  He was led to develop the multi-leveled energy medicine work of Transformational Energy Healing and the Chakra Map, a unique, accessible, and applicable way of viewing the Human Energy Vehicle (HEV).He is the author of Gift of The Body, which he describes as, “A textbook for the adventure school of your life.”

Jonathan has been leading self transformational workshops since 1994 and co-founded the Essential Light Institute in 2008. He is passionate about helping people experientially realize the reality and the potential of Universal Light for their healing, awakening, and work on earth. He does this through his commitment to his own ongoing healing and through walking his talk. He is a compassionate, kind, and entertaining teacher, calling people to their hearts through truth, courage, and laughter. He lives in Southern Oregon with his family, and from there continues his energy healing practice as well as traveling to many locations worldwide to lead healing and self-transformation workshops. We can only authentically teach what we know, and in The Essential Light Institute we live and teach by the understanding that we are all students of the immense blessing, great mystery, and challenge of being alive. Everything that happens to us and that exists in us, including illness of all kinds and life challenges, provides the opportunity to learn.

Our workshops are built on these principles and offer an interactive, experiential, intensive experience of multi-leveled healing. The basis of our work is the teaching of The Divine Tactics and Embodying Compassion.

HEALING AND TEACHING MODALITIES

The programs of Essential Light Institute include the following healing and teaching modalities:

Rose Breathing: Facilitates deep opening and brings conscious awareness of higher and lower unconscious material.
Bio-Etheric Bodywork: A powerful form of multi-leveled exercises which opens the emotional, mental, and physical blocks and facilitates the experience of spiritual energies. Guided Chakra Meditations: Guided meditations focusing on the chakras and their accompanying layers that facilitate healing, understanding, and greater connection with our energy.
Experiential-Didactic Sessions: Using the Chakra map, a unique and practical method of understanding and assessing the Human Energy System and it's many levels.
