Light of Christ upon you, Light of Christ in you, Light of Christ with you, Light of Christ of you. Light of Christ to guide you, heal you, comfort you. All of this is possible, as you now know, with a single breath, with a single awareness.
Recognizing the Vibration of Love
Light upon you. Light within you. Light, as you would say, even at your beck and call. If in fact it is true, and it is true, that Light is infinite, then of course it would be at your beck and call because also Light has no opinion, as it has been said.
The Art of Discernment
Greetings to you on this most auspicious day, auspicious because you are here, auspicious because the flock has re-gathered. Each of you bringing material, so to speak, sticks, leaves, from your own nest to bring to form this larger nest.
Make Your Heart the Priority
Recognizing when that light is upon you is the secret. Sometimes we wait. In this case, we wait for your full complement to be present. It is not so much what we say that is so precious, it is the experience of being together as one heart and watching, feeling, observing the light come present when hearts are joined that is most precious to us.
Realize Your Spark
Oh beautiful ones, if you could but, and someday you will, see how you glow with that light upon you, in you, through you, with you, of you, all of your opinions about yourself, all of your negative ideas about who you are, or what you've done, who you should be, aren't, wouldn’t, couldn’t, all of that would drop away. All of that is just the threads that you wound around yourself to fit in, to not stand out
What Are You Waiting For?
Universal light inside you. Universal light making up the substance, so to speak, of all of your layers. And not just the layers that you are being taught to assess and access here, but those layers of consciousness where you live in multiple places, so to speak, in multiple levels.
Loosening the Threads
The current, the circle reforming, be aware of that energetic process and how you can participate in it more consciously. Be aware also of your guides and the guides of this work. Become aware of how we make ourselves known to you.
Bells of Reactivity
Light upon you. Light within you. Light around you. Light in every corner of your own being. Light in every corner that you inhabit. Let nothing get in the way of your new found relationship with Light.
Actively Cultivating Your Relationship To Light
When the Light descends upon you, or as some of you would prefer, when the Light is activated in you, how do you respond? Do you question its truthfulness? Does it activate your imagination? Does it raise more questions than are answered by its presence?
How Will You Know?
It is the great task of humanity, the challenge, if you will, to discern what to follow. In each of your little universes you have many planets, many stars.
Light Can Be Your Best Friend
The first lesson, today and every day that we gather, the basis of what we teach, the basis of what we learn, is to pay attention using the gift of awareness, more and more consciously, more and more simply, more and more perfectly. In this moment, paying attention to how your vehicle..
What Do You Need?
Does your discernment include this moment? In this moment when this light has descended upon you. When the feelings that it generates in you are not dramatic- are subtle. A calming of your being, a gentle expansion of what you have called your chakras, your centers.
Discernment
The discernment that you seek is already represented symbolically. Every time you open your eyes, do you not know the difference between a tree and a flower? Between a dog and a human? Between night and day?
Fill Your Vessel
Your heart is a vessel. Your heart is a bowl. Imagine, if you will, a crystalline bowl. In fact, it is a bowl within a bowl; a vessel within a vessel within a vessel within a vessel. Each layer of your vehicle, another vessel. A vessel is something that is filled, that can hold a substance- in this case light, in this case vitality.
Receiving Your Guides and Subtle Awareness
Let's join our hands together. Be aware as we take each step, as we reform the nest, how the sensation changes; how the feeling changes; how you know that your heart is linking with all the other hearts to form something greater than the sum of the hearts.
You Are Beloved
Light of Christ upon you. Light of Christ within you. As you clear yourself, as you calm yourself, as you allow your mind to run where it will and you stay calm and centered Light of Christ through you. No matter where you go in this world there is really only one truth you need to know, you are indeed beloved. All that happens to you is because you are human and chose to be a human.
Light Is Not a Metaphor
You have been taught already and will be taught that light is not a metaphor. But what is this light? Where does it come from? It would not be wrong to say that it comes from inside you. After all, you are in your essence one with everything, with every creature, therefore the light comes from inside you in the greatest sense.
Light Is Your Friend
Light is your friend. What does that mean? Because a friend, a true friend, tells you the truth. A true friend illuminates what is real, what is true and trusts you to accommodate yourself to that truth, holds the space for your reaction, doesn't turn its back when you fall into reactivity, gives you the space to come back to your heart and examine the truth without judgment. So Light is your friend.
Pay Attention
The purpose of meditation is to create an inner space, allow the creation of an inner space, where what is naturally present can make its appearance. The same could be said of all true healing modalities. We create an ambience, an atmosphere, inner and outer, where what is ready to happen can be welcomed.
Assess Without Judgment
In your world the word assessment comes, as you would say, loaded with opinions. Today is a day of assessment but not an assessment that ascribes value, relative value, to that which is assessed. Each of you have dedicated yourself to the embodiment of Light.
